Job Description:

  • Serves as Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Procurement Card Program Administrator serving central office and 12 districts throughout the Commonwealth. 

  • Authorizes daily/monthly card transaction dollar amount limits based on Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS 45A), Kentucky Administrative Regulations (KAR), Finance Administration Policies (FAP), and internal procedures. 

  • Establishes new card holders, works with management to ensure allowability and timely turn around; Increases/Decreases limits as needed; Close accounts due to issues or needs; Perform monthly reconciliation through US Bank and EMARS reporting. 

  • Provide training for central office pro-card holders and new site administrators. 

  • Provide customer service/guidance daily for all KYTC cardholder/site administrator employees. 

  • Other duties as assigned
