The following is a list of job skills and requirements necessary to perform the functions of a Treasury, Mail & Data Operations position.
Both Mail & Data Operations Temps:

Ability to read, write and understand proper formatting of written names.

Ability to learn quickly and retain information.

Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

Ability to sit at a desk and do repetitive work for 8 hours.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to multi-task and perform a variety of tasks.

Must demonstrate professionalism and understand the use of State equipment is not to be used for purposes unrelated to work obligations.

Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.

Ability to work both as a team and independently.
Data Operations Temps:
-
Excellent data entry experience, which includes:
-
A Data entry test, typing both alpha and numeric accurately
-
Test result score of 8,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) minimum
