He has led and structured mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions totaling more than $1.6 billion, supporting Tryfacta’s expansion across healthcare staffing, AI and data infrastructure, cloud migration, and cybersecurity.
Prior to founding Tryfacta, he co-founded C7 AI Inc. and served as CEO of UnwiredX, Inc., where he oversaw operational scale-up and product strategy. His work centers on leveraging technology-driven solutions to modernize public-sector and enterprise environments.
Mr. Tyagi holds dual master’s degrees from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India.


Anne Frances Foster is the Independent Director at Tryfacta. She has been associated with Tryfacta since 2025. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of medical and healthcare and contributes her deep expertise with the healthcare contracts in terms of compliances and overall management.
She is currently associated with Seavest Companies as a Secretary and Dragonfly Media Group LLC as a President and CEO. She was associated with Southwest Care, Presbyterian Healthcare Systems and University of California, Office of the President, UC Health as a chief medical officer.
She holds a master’s degree in health management and policy, MPHS from University of California, Berkeley and also she holds a degree of Doctor of Medicine from University of New Mexico School of Medicine


Dr. Amitava ‘Babi’ Mitra is the founding Executive Director of the New Engineering Education Transformation (NEET) initiative at MIT, USA. He leads strategic initiatives in the field of educational transformation and institutional partnerships, leveraging his over 30 years of global experience to drive excellence and growth in our learning and development ecosystem.
He was the founding Dean of Engineering at BML Munjal University (BMU), Gurgaon, India. Earlier, as Senior Vice President at NIIT, Inc., Atlanta, GA, USA, he transformed a small e-learning R&D group into a profitable Knowledge Solutions Business Unit.
Mitra co-authored a section in the book Innovation Alchemy: How to Build Strong Industry Engagement Partnerships for Impact and Economic Growth, authored by Lori Glover and published by Wiley in July 2025. He is on the Editorial Board, European Journal of Engineering Education, and has co-authored peer-reviewed papers presented at the last eight Annual Conferences of the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), 2018-25.
He earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science(BITS), Pilani, India, and conducted his doctoral research work at MIT, USA.


Roohi Sandhu serves as an Independent Director at Tryfacta, bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in accounting, internal audit, and SOX compliance. She joined the company’s Board in 2025 and contributes her deep expertise in financial governance, risk management, and corporate controls to strengthen Tryfacta’s oversight and strategic direction.
Throughout her career, Ms. Sandhu has held senior internal audit and compliance leadership roles at prominent global organizations, including Oracle Corporation, Cisco Systems, Spotify Ltd., Nextdoor Holdings, Inc., and Faire, Inc. Before joining Tryfacta, he held key roles with leading global organizations, including Pacific Gas and Electric Company (USA) as Senior Program Manager, Bechtel Corporation (USA) in Project Controls and Supply Chain Operations, and Ernst & Young (USA) as a consultant.
Mr. Dhar holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree in management science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York.

Before joining Tryfacta he has held senior positions at AGovX LLC, Inserso Corporation and 22nd Century Technologies Inc.
Jatin holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University of Delhi, Delhi, India and has completed executive education in Business Strategy and Federal Acquisition. Maitreya Yadav serves as the Senior Vice President – Finance at Tryfacta, and is employed by its subsidiary, Tryfacta Global Solutions Private Limited. Since joining the organization in January 2025, he has been responsible for overseeing global finance, risk management, and corporate governance, ensuring strong fiscal discipline and strategic financial growth across all operations.
With over 17 years of experience in financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy, he brings a unique blend of technical and financial expertise to his role. Prior to joining Tryfacta, Mr. Yadav held senior finance leadership roles at Sterlite Technologies Limited as Group Head of Finance and was associated with Cox & Kings, Afcons Infrastructure, and Parsons Brinckerhoff, USA.
Mr. Yadav holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi, India a master’s degree in water resources from Penn State University, University Park, Pennsylvania, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management for Executives from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.


Martin Stevens serves as Senior Vice President at Tryfacta, where he leads strategic outreach, government strategy, and cross-sector delivery across mission-critical initiatives. Since joining Tryfacta in October 2025, he has focused on empowering teams, advancing digital transformation, and fostering a culture of innovation through executive communication, staff development, and operational excellence.
With more than 20 years of experience across public and private sectors, Marty has held senior technology leadership roles, including CIO and CTO positions within Florida state government. He directed a multi-million-dollar IT portfolio and led a 180+ member team at the Department of Environmental Protection, as well as served as Deputy Director for the Department of Education’s Office of Early Learning, driving statewide technology integration. His private-sector career spans HR technology, consulting, manufacturing, and hospitality, and his early service in the U.S. Army shaped his mission-driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
Marty holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, Tennessee and is a Pinnacle Honor Society member. He is widely recognized for his mentorship mindset, servant leadership, and unwavering pursuit of excellence.
